Call for Expression of Interest IDPs Emergency Response

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) hereby invites interested Organizations to submit their concept notes with other required documents for the following Project;

PROJECT REFERENCE NUMBER: CfEoI/HCR/SOM/2024/001

PROJECT TITLE: Strengthening emergency response for IDPs through protection and assistance.

PROJECT LOCATIONS: Somaliland, Puntland, Jubaland, Southwest, Galmudug, Hirshabelle and Benadir Regional Administration.

The partnership period is from 1st January to 31st December 2025 with possibility of extension for another three years to end of 2028, subject to availability of funding, willingness to continue with the implementation and performance of the partner.

Important notes:

Organizations already registered in the UN Partner Portal should update their profiles if necessary, and then upload the Concept Note along with other required documents in response to this call for Expression of Interest.

UNHCR undertakes due diligence in the process of partner selection and ensures objectivity, consistency, transparency, and timeliness in the process. All applicant organizations will receive written notification, in a timely manner, of the outcome of the selection process.
