Position: Advanced Excel Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proficient Advanced Excel Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Excel’s advanced features, a strong background in teaching or training, and a passion for helping others enhance their skills. As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Excel training programs aimed at equipping participants with advanced Excel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development: Design and develop detailed training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and real-world case studies, tailored to advanced Excel users.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, focusing on advanced Excel skills such as data analysis, pivot tables, macros, VBA, and complex formulas.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants’ progress through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Customization: Adapt training content to address specific needs and goals of different groups or individuals.
Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance to participants to ensure the application of advanced Excel skills in their professional environments.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Excel features, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into the training programs.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with advanced Excel functions and features, including data analysis, pivot tables, macros, VBA, and complex formulas.
Previous experience in training, teaching, or coaching, preferably in a technical or professional development context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
Proficiency with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Mathematics is preferred.

Compensation:
